When Stephen talks to the adjusters, he treats them with the upmost respect, creates a mood that enables him to be real and ask the hard questions but lightens it with a joke that has the adjusters hysterically laughing! His sense of humor makes it so easy to work with him and not to mention how above and beyond he goes for you. The time commitment to these claims are a lot of work. He gets a report back to you to give to the insurance company in unheard of timing. Not to mention his promptness on calling, texting, and emailing me back with all my random questions I’m shooting off to him. He always says no question is a dumb question so ask away. He ensures the other trade estimates that are being sent is set up correctly for a seamless process.

I had the pleasure of getting to sit it on a call with Stephen (the insurance company failed to tell us our adjustor would be headed out of town for 8 days). Something that could make anyone frustrated, he approached it with care and compassion for the unresponsive adjuster. He had every person we spoke to laughing multiple times during the call. There is nothing like humor to make the insurance company feel like we are in this as a team working together to help the home owner.
